With a combined experience of over 20 years across video and social, our team are experts in performance, social media and video production, along with Managing Director Jon Mowat, who is a pioneer in video marketing and has authored two cornerstone books in the industry.

Digital Content Creator (3 Days/Week)

Location: Bristol/Hybrid

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 FTC (pro-rata for 3 days/week)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a talented and confident Digital Content Creator to join our growing team 3 days per week. Reporting into the Managing Director and Social Director, you will be responsible for producing social first content that brings our clients’ brands to life across multiple platforms, and helping them to achieve their goals & KPIs. The ideal candidate is comfortable filming on both professional cameras and smartphones, editing polished videos, and leading shoots with creativity and confidence. Please note that this is not a video production role, and is suited to someone who is socially savvy, understands the platforms (and their ever-changing needs) and stays up to date with the latest goings on across the social world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and other brand initiatives.
  • Operate both a smartphone and professional camera equipment with ease.
  • Ensure all content meets clients’ brand standards and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Hurricane Social Production & Social teams to develop ideas and concepts.
  • Manage video projects from conception to final delivery, including post-production.
  • Confidently lead shoots, direct talent, and manage on-set logistics when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience creating high-quality video content on both cameras and smartphones.
  • Strong editing skills with experience using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Confident presence on shoots and strong interpersonal skills.
    Creative eye for composition, storytelling, and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

Nice to Have:

  • Motion graphics or animation skills.
  • Photography skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or brand environment.

Hours:

3 days per week (flexible days can be discussed).

Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Bristol/Hybrid

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the charge on content, creators, and community across some of the UK’s most exciting brands.

You’ll be responsible for executing social strategy, managing influencer partnerships end-to-end, and ensuring every piece of content delivers on both creativity and performance. From TikTok trends and influencer collaborations to campaign reporting and community management, this role is for someone who lives and breathes social.

This is a hands-on, ideas-driven position within a growing team, perfect for someone ready to take ownership of client relationships, creative & campaign outputs, and influencer activation.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

  • Develop influencer relationships and manage campaigns from outreach to reporting
  • Source, vet, and negotiate with influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, amongst others
  • Manage briefs, contracts, and deliverables to ensure high-quality, on-brand content
  • Track and measure campaign performance, providing insights and optimisations
  • Build and maintain the agency’s creator network and keep up with emerging talent

Social Media Management

  • Plan, oversee and execute organic social content calendars for client accounts
  • Lead on tone of voice, community engagement, and reactive content
  • Collaborate with creative and paid teams to ensure cohesive campaigns
  • Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and cultural moments
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with clear takeaways and recommendations

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with the video, paid, and strategy teams to amplify results
  • Contribute to new business pitches with creative ideas and influencer insight
  • Support content shoots, campaign activations, and live event coverage

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience in social media and/or influencer marketing (agency is preferred)
  • Proven success running multi-platform campaigns with measurable results
  • Confident client communicator who is proactive, strategic, and highly organised
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and an interest in emerging platforms
  • Analytical mindset, confident with manual reporting via social analytics and proficient with analytic tools like Google Analytics
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content briefing skills
  • Data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into creative improvements
  • Passionate about culture, content, and connecting brands to audiences authentically

Nice to Have

  • Experience within a social-first or creative agency
  • Familiarity with paid amplification of influencer content (whitelisting, Spark Ads, etc.)
  • Understanding of FTC/ASA guidelines for influencer marketing
  • Existing influencer or creator relationships across key verticals
