With a core passion for beer at the heart of their business, AB InBev are the proud creators of more than 500 iconic global and local brands, and was on the search to showcase their Diversity and Inclusion policies across the business, while increasing the number of recruitment enquiries/job applications.
Aiming to reach audiences across Europe, we worked with the AB InBev team, the world’s biggest brewery, to execute a paid media campaign in partnership with Hurricane Media, including activation across Linkedin and Google Video Ads via YouTube, amongst other channels with core KPIs including Talent Sign Ups, Campaign Reach and driving traffic to the AB InBev website.
Featuring the key pillars of AB InBev’s Diversity and Inclusion campaign, our expert team assisted in developing a suite of video assets. Featuring key members of the AB InBev team, celebrating their incredible teams and achievements, alongside the introduction of their core policies in an authentic way.
Activating across key countries including the UK, Italy, Germany and France, amongst others, in the relevant languages for a globally consistent and engaging campaign.
Across the duration of the campaign, we assisted in generating an impressive set of results including:
4.8 million total impressions
Over 1.3 million video views
599 conversions to the talent sign-up (+99.8% increase on the campaign KPI)
81.42% increase in page views to the D&I page.
4.5% uplift in the brand’s consumer reputation score
